New Born & Paediatric Care

The Atlanta Hospital Advanced Centre of Paediatric, Neonatology and Adolescent Medicine is one of the most comprehensive centres for child care in the entire region and provides excellent care in General Paediatrics. Our services include regular outpatient department (OPD), Vaccination OPD, Admission facility, as well as emergency care.

We have well-equipped and established ‘Neonatology’ unit. This unit specialises in Neonatal Ventilation and management of extremely low birth weight babies. The Neonatal Department along with Obstetrics unit & Gynaecology unit, provide Ante-natal care as well Post-natal care.

The ?-bed Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) unit is equipped with high-end monitors, incubators, high frequency ventilators and surfactant therapy to deal with any level of medical complications in the new born.

A great emphasis is given to the quality of nursing care in NICU as we understand that good nursing is the back bone of any Neonatal ICU. Our staff is extremely well trained to take care of all types of sick neonates. They are caring, dedicated and sensitive towards the family as well. The success of these staff is demonstrated by the excellent feedback we have received from families.

The Centre also has a ?-bed Paediatric ICU managed by one of the most experienced teams of highly specialized intensivists in the country. Our PICU has state of the art equipment which are needed for the survival of critically ill children. Our consultants are trained in specialised paediatric intensive care from world’s best institutes and widely respected in their field in the country.
